I understand what you are saying. She was pretty annoying. But to be fair, we know Kaiba very well. DM is done. And over with. So we got to know him more as time went on. However, thats not the case here. We don’t know this character very much, other than the fact that she’s annoying, and terrible at dueling. So its a bit early to compare the two

If anything, Sevens and Go Rush have had several more female characters than before and a number of them have pulled out wins against major characters. For example, compare the number of duels and the win loss ratio that Romin has to all the other female leads of the past and there's quite the difference.

And that is the problem! Girls are not even that interested in card games as boys are and yet, they pull wins. The game was mainly designed for the boys, before girls started playing it as well. Why focus now, all of a sudden, on the female audience? Girls have other anime that already belong to them and their style of doing things, at least leave this to the boys! Its about separation here for the sake of justice! We don't steal the spotlight from 'their' girls-based games, so they shouldn't either.

It is NOT a kids game! Adults over 30 still play it. The original game was made for men to love it as it was about shadow games and fighting the forces of darkness! So no, it is not for just for kids and if you were to ever play in Duel links, you will meet men in their 40s playing as well if you bother to send messages in the chat room.

Wins aren’t everything. But if anything, Romin would have her ass kicked if she were to duel any of the other female duelists in a master duel. And her wins don’t impress me considering Rush duels are nothing but a nerfed version of the actual game. I would love to see her go against Trickstars in a master duel
